UG, PG and PhD students of Delhi University are going to get job offers on 7th May. For this, about 31 companies are reaching the campus. DU is going to organize a job and internship fair on the coming Wednesday at the University Stadium in the North Campus.
About three thousand students have registered to participate in it, while students can also come directly and present themselves to the company. While companies will offer salary packages ranging from 3.5 lakhs to 12 lakhs for the job, for internship, you will get five thousand to thirty thousand rupees.
Internship and job opportunities : - 31 companies have registered for the fair being organized by DU's Central Placement Cell (CPC) under the academic session 2024-25. CPC in-charge Prof. Hena Singh said that companies are reaching the campus to offer jobs for 1500 posts. So far three thousand students have registered themselves to participate in it. Students can also participate in it without registration.
In this fair, first and second year students will get an opportunity to get internship and final year students will get a job opportunity, students who have passed from DU can also participate in it. To give maximum job opportunities to the students, a student will be able to appear before three companies. He told that as far as the annual package is concerned, the companies will offer the students a package ranging from a minimum of Rs 3.5 lakh to Rs 12 lakh annually.

Students will get Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000 as stipend for internship. Internship can also be virtual with flexible hours. Prof. Hena said that the response of companies for this year's fair is very good. This time, along with old companies, many new companies are also coming to the campus.
Companies like Muthoot Finance, Bajaj Alliance, Expert Global, FRR Forex, Capital Goods, Shahi Export, Bajaj Capital, Back Bencher, Immigration Desk are reaching the campus.
