Join the Semiconductor Revolution: Apply for Assistant Posts at SCL

Semiconductor Laboratory (SCL) has released recruitment for Assistant posts. Under this recruitment drive, eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the official website scl.gov.in. The application process is ongoing and candidates are advised to complete the application before the last date. 

A total of 25 posts will be recruited under this recruitment drive. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100, which will be according to Level-4 (7th Pay Commission). This pay scale will be given including other allowances.

Eligibility Criteria : - Candidates must have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university. Also, basic knowledge of computer is mandatory. The age limit should be between 18 to 25 years, which will be valid till 26 February 2025. Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC etc.) as per the rules of the Government of India.

Selection Process : - For selection, first of all a written examination will be conducted, which will have 100 objective questions, and this exam will be of total 100 marks. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Questions related to mathematical aptitude, general intelligence and reasoning, English language, general knowledge and computer knowledge will be asked in the question paper. Successful candidates will have to go through further document verification process.

Application Fee : - For this recruitment, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay a fee of Rs 944, while the application fee for SC/ST, Divyang and female candidates has been fixed at Rs 472.  Application fee can be paid through online mode.
