UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025 Admit Card Released



The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the admit card for the Civil Services Examination Preliminary 2025 (UPSC CSE 2025). Candidates who have registered for this exam can now get their admit card by visiting the official website upsc.gov.in.

To download the admit card, you have to log in to the website with the application number and date of birth. Only after logging in, candidates will be able to download their admit card.

Exam will be held on 25th May : - UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2025 is to be conducted on May 25, 2025. Admit cards of registered candidates have been issued. A total of 979 posts will be recruited through UPSC CSE 2025 exam, which includes major services like Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS). Additionally, 150 posts will be filled through Indian Forest Service Exam 2025.

About Civil Services Exam : - The Civil Services Exam is conducted every year to select candidates for various Group A and Group B services in the Government of India. Through this exam, eligible candidates will be selected for IAS, IPS and IFS as well as Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Postal Service, Indian Trade Service and other allied services. The selection process consists of three stages-

Preliminary Exam

Main Exam

Interview

Based on the performance in these stages, a final merit list is prepared.

After downloading the admit card, candidates must check it thoroughly. All the details mentioned in it must be checked carefully. In case of any discrepancy in the details, inform UPSC immediately. Your admit card may contain the following details:

Name of the exam

Address of the exam centre

Time and date of the exam

Full name and date of birth of the candidate

Photograph and signature of the candidate

Exam guidelines

Exam subjects

Reporting time at the exam centre

Read the instructions given in the admit card carefully and reach the exam centre on time on the day of the exam. It is mandatory to bring a valid photo ID proof along with a printed copy of the admit card.

How to download your admit card : - 

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download their admit card:

First of all visit the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in.

Click on the admit card link available on the home page.

Log in using the registration number and date of birth.

After logging in, the admit card will appear on the screen.

Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
