Good job or career advice can make a big difference in your life. It can take you on a completely new path, get you a new role or inspire you to make a big change. However, advice from people who have made themselves capable despite seeing many ups and downs in their lives matters more. In such a situation, if you too are entangled in a problem related to your career, then there are some suggestions, with the help of which you can identify good advice and move forward in the right direction.
Identify the right person : - Instead of worrying about what others think about you, take seriously the feedback of those who are wise and experienced and really want to help you. So instead of reacting immediately to a person's feedback, take some time to think about it. Ask yourself whether that person thinks in your best interest? To do this, ask yourself the question how you are progressing in the job you are in. If you are thinking about moving to a new company, consider what attracted you to your current role and organisation in the first place and think about whether leaving is really necessary to achieve your goals.
Don't assume the job is boring : - Every job has both good and bad aspects. You have to understand that no job is 100% exciting or challenging. So do your job well. This will give you additional opportunities and you will also be able to convince the manager that you have the ability to do bigger things.
