There is good news for the youth preparing for a job in a government bank. State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official notification for the recruitment of 2600 Circle Based Officer (CBO) posts. This recruitment is a special opportunity for those candidates who want to make their career in the banking sector.
The application process for this recruitment has started from 9 May 2025, and interested candidates can apply till 29 May 2025. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview. The written test will be conducted in July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria and Language Requirements : - Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Also, at least 2 years of work experience (in the banking sector) is required. Knowledge of local language has been made mandatory in the selection process, as the candidates will be appointed in the same state or circle where they know the language. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 30 years. Reserved category candidates will be given age relaxation as per the rules.
Know how much application fee will be charged : - For this recruitment, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750, while there is no fee for SC, ST and PH category candidates. Candidates can pay the fee through debit card, credit card, net banking or offline mode.
